This breath taking 50+ Room Hotel with 2 AA Rosette Restaurant is looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join their talented award winning brigade. The hotel is a high quality venue which prides themselves on the high quality cuisine. The Head Chef is well known for sourcing only the finest of ingredients and creating an imaginative and individual style of cuisine The successful applicant will be producing food to the highest of standards so previous work in a Rosette property would be an advantage but you will also receive ongoing training . The successful candidate will be required to work within all sections of the kitchen, it is therefore essential that you are an accomplished individual with excellent all round experience due to this establishment being a very busy multi outlet operation.
