About the Role
Working with our clients around the UK, based from our offices in Milton Keynes, this role will challenge and enable you to grow in capability and confidence. Our clients are established industry icons, as well as smaller clients. The projects are wide-ranging, so the challenges are varied every day.
You will be responsible for surveying, job costing, and tender pricing, including direct liaison with our clients and their consultants, as well as working closely with our Technical, Project Delivery, and Pre-Contract Teams.
This Mechanical Estimator role would suit candidates with experience in the following areas: mechanical, M&E, HVAC, aircon, design, project delivery, installations, plumbing, H&S, and as a Project Manager, or HVAC Mechanical Designer.

Essential Skills
* In-depth experience in surveying and pricing-up of commercial mechanical installations (HVAC)
* Experience working on site on HVAC
* Good computer skills
* Strong technical and communication skills
* Background in mechanical (mostly HVAC) estimating
Desirable Skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire the team to deliver a quality installation
* Confident under pressure, particularly in dealing with the client
* Highest levels of professionalism
