The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, management, and maintenance of Zimmer Biomet’s range of Marketing Communication activities to help achieve the company’s strategic and business goals.
Working closely with the marketing communications managers, as well as internal and external stakeholders this person is responsible for the coordination, administration and creation of MarCom activities assigned to them. The specialist assists and develops own communication strategies and recommendations for measures and is involved in the implementation of those assets through internal resources or outside creative vendors.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Support the development of a strategic communication plans in preparation of annual budgets and other identified business programs and objectivesSupport the execution of marketing communication campaigns from stakeholder and agency briefing through to publicationSupport the design, creation, and execution of MarCom collaterals & digital marketing assetsExecute own project with little or no supervisionLiaise with global MarCom partners, as well as country marketing and salesConduct all administrative work (budget controlling, collateral routing, etc.) within the area of responsibility Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communication or related fieldExperience with and ability in supporting the creation and management of MarCom collaterals and digital marketing assetsExperience with marketing automation systems and processesPossess understanding of MarCom & digital marketing best practices, strategies, and concepts Education
Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, digital marketing or another related fieldAlternatively, proven experience in any of the above Professional Experience
Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle multiple tasks in parallelAbility to work accurately and under pressureAnalytical thinkingStrong networkerAbility to work with little or no supervision. Languages:
