Description • Preparation and serving of food in line with food hygiene standards • Developing sound knowledge of nutrition and allergens in food & safe handling• Keeping food preparation spaces sanitized and tidy including floors, walls and deep cleaning• Developing new and innovative dishes for our menu.• Unloading food deliveries ensuring food is put away in correct areas and stock is rotated according to expiry date.• Washing crockery, cutlery and cook ware.• Keeping fridges, freezers and storage areas clean and organized Requirements • Keen & willing to learn • Hardworking • Punctual
