What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of the commercial side of major construction projects, working closely with experienced teams and high-profile clients.
- Manage project budgets and drive strong commercial performance.
- Oversee contract administration and ensure everything is watertight.
- Produce clear, accurate financial and commercial reporting.
- Identify risks early and take action to protect project margins.
- Support procurement and subcontractor management.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and delivery teams.
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying within construction.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts.
- Experience across cost control, procurement, and reporting.
- Confident communicator who can work with clients and stakeholders.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, project-led environment.
- Right to work in the EU.
