Project Manager will be part of Transformation Team and will be responsible for projects in the following fields: Business Process Improvement: it includes identification of improvement opportunities, design and implementation of the improvement actions and monitoring of the results.Activity migration: managing the migration to the BSC of activities previously performed in the Operations. We'll count on you to:Project ManagementLead mid- to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and qualityApply structured project management methodologiesTrack progress, manage risks, and ensure proactive mitigation and issue resolutionProvide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and leadershipStakeholder Management & GovernanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, IT & vendors to align project objectives and priorities, across all areas of actionLead project meetings and governance routines to ensure transparency and accountabilityManage internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver agreed outcomesChange Leadership & Continuous ImprovementSupport adoption of new processes and systems through effective change and communication plansEvaluate change impact and ensure readiness across stakeholder groupsPromote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization in project delivery practices, including end-to-end process harmonizationPersonal EffectivenessHighly organized, proactive, and adaptable with strong prioritization skillsDemonstrates resilience, composure, and problem-solving ability in dynamic environmentsPromotes continuous improvement and standardization across project delivery practices Are you a MATCH?
