A disruptive mindset and a culture of proximity and agility identify Natixis in Portugal Team and reflect the company's mission to transform traditional banking at a global scale: a perfect match in the Portuguese dynamics and entrepreneurial ecosystem.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Full Stack developer (mid level) for our BPCE SI (Solutions Informatiques).Main Responsabilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand project needs and transform them into technical specifications.Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance development practices.Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to deliver high-quality software on schedule.QualificationsHard Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum of 5 years of Java development experience.Knowledge of Angular.Strong experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).Experience with RESTful APIs and a microservices architecture.Proficient in database management (SQL and NoSQL).Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Strong communication skills in both French and English, in written and spoken form (mandatory).Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.Strong communication skills in both French and English, in written and spoken form (mandatory).Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a teamWe will only consider CVs submitted in English.Additional InformationOur workplace reflects the vibrant spirit of our locations, with initiatives such as a Green Transportation Budget, electric bikes and a flexible Hybrid Work Policy.
