We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and drive the development of impactful digital solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our technical strategy, leading development efforts, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications.Leadership and collaborationMentor a team of developers, providing guidance and advocating for best practices.Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into seamless technical solutions. System Design and DevelopArchitect and implement reliable, scalable service-oriented and distributed systems.Develop complex, performant, responsive, and accessible web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.Leverage modern web development tools (e.g., nvm, npm/Yarn, Webpack, Tailwind CSS) to build robust solutions.Drive development from concept to launch, ensuring polished, delightful user experiences. Quality and SecurityEnsure all web applications are well-tested, well-documented, and effectively monitored.Maintain a strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability.Optimize for security by addressing concepts like CORS, CSP, CSRF, XSS, and others.Must-have:8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with substantial expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.Proven track record of creating performant, responsive, accessible, and well-documented web applications.Expertise in distributed system architecture and building scalable, reliable software solutions.Proficient with CSS pre-processors and frameworks such as SCSS, LESS, Tailwind CSS.Deep understanding of web technology fundamentals: HTTP, HTML, CSS, Web APIs, SPAs, and CMS systems.Strong grasp of information security concepts and the ability to implement secure solutions.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to its team.Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams and initiatives.Business and design acumen: able to turn requirements into exceptional user experiences, whether building APIs, internal tools, or customer-facing features.
