Our solutions empower people and deliver a better people experience so people can spend time on meaningful high value work they live for.Read more on our website about how we transform work and how people feel about it, so our customers and their people can thrive.The working arrangement for this role is working from anywhere within Spain.Job DescriptionAs a DevOps Engineer you will:work with our Cloud Operations Engineers to contribute to new features and ideas while making sure that key services are available and performing as expectedproduce status reports detailing project activities.work with Service Delivery on problem remediation via automation and scriptingwork with cross-functional technical teams to extended automation capabilitiesidentify and deploy internal process and automation improvementswork as a Technical escalation point for the global Ops support teamcontribute to the development and maintenance of the existing Azure pipelines, Azure boards, and Git repositories, with a roadmap of key deliverables and timelinescreate and maintain detailed and accurate documentation, knowledge base articles.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communicationWindows Server OS knowledgeKnowledge of PowerShellKnowledge of Active DirectoryExperience with JSON filesKnowledge of Application deploymentContinuous improvement mindsetAttention to detail and a security-minded approach to solving problemsStrong problem-solving skills.
