Senior Devops Engineer

Our expertise covers end-to-end performance optimization, enterprise testing, major incident troubleshooting and resolution, full-stack architecture advisory, continuous integration, deployment acceleration, and infrastructure managed services.We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to actively participate in implementing and optimizing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar; Proficient experience in a public cloud (AWS preferred but Azure or GCP accepted) Recent experience in DevOps projects in the following technologies: Use of Terraform or similar Use of a CI/CD tool (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, FluxCD, ArgoCD or others) Experience with Kubernetes and containerization in general Responsibilities: Plan and execute Kubernetes upgrades with an agreed cadence with the client team Support for all 3 clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) Assess supportability for future K8S version upgrades o Work on ICR approval and execution Assess, find, and prototype means to reduce the overhead of the Kubernetes upgrade process Expedite 0 downtime upgrades for elasticsearch nodes Upgrade cloud integrations together with the clusters Detect Kubernetes API breaking changes ahead of time and assess the impact of changes We offer: Integration in a dynamic, goal-oriented and cooperative team; Health Insurance extensible to the family; Crosser Assistance Program (Psychology, Psychosocial, Financial, Legal and Nutrition consultations); Career Plan transversal to the entire company; Monthly gym subscription; Team-building events.
