WeQuel is looking to connect with Project Managers experienced in R&D and engineering environments, particularly within complex product development organizations.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to technical systems, product platforms and lifecycle activities. The work often involves collaboration across engineering, production, supply chain, purchasing and aftermarket to ensure structured execution and alignment across the organization.

We are looking for professionals who are comfortable navigating complex technical environments and driving projects that involve multiple stakeholders and disciplines.

Typical responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate complex R&D or engineering projects

  • Establish project plans, milestones and governance structures

  • Manage risks, dependencies and technical changes

  • Align stakeholders across engineering and business functions

  • Prepare status updates and decision material for steering groups

We are looking for someone who
  • Has solid experience as a Project Manager in R&D or product development

  • Has worked in complex technical or engineering environments

  • Is experienced in cross-functional stakeholder management

  • Communicates clearly and works in a structured and analytical way

  • Speaks fluent English (Swedish is a plus)
