A well-established specialist restoration and conservation contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
With over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality restoration projects across listed buildings, heritage assets, and prestigious commercial properties, this business has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-term client relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a passion for traditional construction and heritage works.
The Role:
- Managing the commercial aspects of restoration and conservation projects
- Cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor management
- Valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Working closely with operational teams on technically complex heritage schemes
- Supporting pre-construction and tender processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
- Strong knowledge of traditional building/JCT Contracts
- Experience working on listed buildings, refurbishment, or restoration projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
