Quantity Surveyor – Restoration & Conservation

£50,000 – £75,000 + Package

Central London


A well-established specialist restoration and conservation contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.


With over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality restoration projects across listed buildings, heritage assets, and prestigious commercial properties, this business has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-term client relationships.


This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a passion for traditional construction and heritage works.


The Role:

  • Managing the commercial aspects of restoration and conservation projects
  • Cost planning, procurement, and subcontractor management
  • Valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Working closely with operational teams on technically complex heritage schemes
  • Supporting pre-construction and tender processes


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction
  • Strong knowledge of traditional building/JCT Contracts
  • Experience working on listed buildings, refurbishment, or restoration projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
