Business Analyst – Data

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the banking sector. Strong expertise in client data management, including: Client typologies, account structures, and client register modeling. End-to-end account opening processes, including data collection, verification, and validation. Management of lifecycle events and updates to client information. Integration with compliance processes (KYC, regulatory controls, alert handling). Regulatory reporting knowledge (QI, FATCA, CRS), especially client selection and reporting requirements. Management of pending documentation and follow-up processes. Distribution and governance of client data across enterprise systems and services. Proven ability to facilitate workshops and lead discussions with diverse stakeholders on complex topics. Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals. Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities under pressure. Ability to work autonomously and independently. Proficiency in SQL and database querying tools. Familiarity with APIs and related tools/technologies (JSON, XML, Postman, Swagger).
