Welsh-Medium Teaching Assistant – Primary School, CardiffSupply Hive Wales are looking for a Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming Welsh-medium primary school in Cardiff.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident working through the medium of Welsh and enjoys supporting children in a primary school setting. The school is looking for someone reliable, positive and enthusiastic who can build strong relationships with pupils and staff.The role will involve:Supporting pupils in class, small groups and on a 1:1 basisHelping children with their learning, confidence and wellbeingSupporting the class teacher with daily routines and activitiesEncouraging positive behaviour and engagementWorking through the medium of Welsh throughout the school dayWe are looking for someone who:Is fluent or confident in WelshHas experience working with children, ideally in a school or childcare settingIs patient, nurturing and enthusiasticCan support pupils with a range of learning needsIs reliable, professional and able to work as part of a teamRole details:Location: CardiffSchool: Welsh-medium primary schoolPosition: Teaching AssistantHours: Full-time, term time onlyPay: £93–£100 per day, depending on experienceStart date: Septemeber 2026At Supply Hive Wales, we pride ourselves on supporting our educators properly.
