The agency is growing quickly and is seeking a digital marketer to join its fun, ambitious team—where developing skills and achieving big wins for clients are top priorities.They are on the hunt for a Paid Media Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads to join their growing team.Day-to-day will look like:Plan, implement and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google & TikTok Ads (and more)Analyse multichannel performance data to surface trends, insights and opportunitiesManage and optimise product/data feeds to improve campaign performanceCollaborate closely with the Paid Media team in implementing task briefsContribute to campaign strategy and media planning discussionsUtilise AI tools where appropriate to streamline workflows, improve optimisation processes, and support data-driven decisionsCommunicate performance insights internally and, when needed, to clientsWe are looking for someone with:4-5 years' experience in Paid Media across Meta, Google & TikTok Ads - bonus points for additional experience across Microsoft, LinkedIn and/or Amazon Ads.A proven track record of driving client success and resultsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills - you don’t just look at data, you interpret itMeticulous attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity or hands-on experience using AI tools to boost efficiency and workflowsA proactive attitude and collaborative spirit - you’re comfortable sharing ideas and solving challenges as a teamA hunger to keep learning and upskilling - you’ll get access to premium training platforms and courses.
