We are committed to building a diverse organisation where everyone feels empowered to be their best at work.MissionJoin the automation team to develop, commission, and support software for industrial machinery,especially converting equipment (e.g., winders & unwinders, seamers, inspection systems, etc.).ResponsibilitiesPLC programming and automation of industrial machinery.Development and maintenance of projects using: o Siemens (TIA Portal / S7-1500 or similar) o Beckhoff (TwinCAT)HMI development and maintenance: o WinCC (Siemens environment) o TwinCAT HMI (Beckhoff environment) o Design of screens, alarms, diagnostics, and usability focused on production and maintenance.Participation in FAT/SAT and commissioning: o Software upload/download to the machine. o Functional testing, tuning, and on-site validation. o Troubleshooting and incident resolution during commissioning.Industrial communications and connectivity: o OPC UA o Secure remote access (Secomea or similar) o Other industrial buses/protocols depending on the project.Service support: failure analysis, technical assistance, and software improvements.Close coordination with mechanical, electrical, and project teams to ensure a stable, safe, and maintainable solution.Requirements / KnowledgeProven experience in industrial machinery programming.Experience in converting machinery (especially winders/unwinders) is a plus.Strong knowledge of Siemens and Beckhoff platforms (PLC and related environments).Experience or knowledge in HMI development: WinCC and/or TwinCAT HMI.Motion/drives experience is a plus (axes, synchronization, servos, encoders, basic tuning).Good level of English (spoken and written) required for technical documentation and communication with suppliers and customers.Knowledge of machinery compliance (CE, UL, CSA), functional safety (EN ISO 13849 / IEC 62061,STO), and OT cybersecurity best practices for OPC UA / remote access (Secomea) is a plus.CompetenciesProactive profile, focused on problem solving and on-site diagnostics.Used to teamwork and coordination with multidisciplinary technical teams.Dynamic and well organized, with good discipline in documentation and code standards.MobilityOccasional travel to customer sites/plants (
